Recognitions and Awards
National Award of Recognition by the Government of Maldives for his contributions in Social Services; Youth Empowerment, Social-work, and Charity work. Presented on 26th December 2020, by the President of Maldives HE Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
First Maldivian recipient of the Commonwealth Points of Light award in recognition for exceptional service supporting young people and environment conservation given by Her Majesty Queen Elizebeth. Recognized as the Commonwealth’s 174th Points of Light, Presented by Lord Tarig Ahmed of Wimbledon on 17th February 2022 at the British High Commission in the Maldives.
Asia Pacific Region Outstanding Scout Award – given by the Asia Pacific Region – World Organization for the Scout Movement in 2009.
President’s Scout Award – Given by President HEP Mohamed Nasheed in 2009. This is the highest Award given to a Scout in the Maldives.
Environmental Champions Award – Given by the Government of Maldives recognizing efforts for environmental stewardship and conservation, presented by HEP Maumoon Abdul Gayyom in 2008.
